Quilters Ironing Mats

Pure and natural, created with 50% alpaca and 50% wool. These pressing pads are a wonderful pressing surface for quilters and sewers. The pad stabilizes fabric for sharp, crisp seams when you press because it sets the heat from bottom and top all at once! The mat is natural alpaca colors, grays and brown tones. This is for use with a dry iron optional water mist or starch. Since alpaca fiber naturally wicks away moisture and releases it into the air, the mat dries quickly between uses.
 
The pressing pad is 100% natural and has not been processed with any harsh chemicals at the mill so as to retain the best pressing properties of the alpaca and wool. The fibers were washed with mild soap before professionally needle felted and compression pressed.
